CANTON, Ohio — Fairmont State narrowly fell to Malone in a competitive meet, with multiple standout performances highlighting the event.
Tymofii Surovikin led the charge, securing first place in both the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard breaststroke.
Grant Ridenour contributed to the first-place finish in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:36.84. He also secured second place in the 50-yard freestyle, clocking in at 23.92.
Tymofii Surovikin excelled in the 100-yard breaststroke, taking first with a time of 59.62. He also dominated the 200-yard breaststroke, finishing first in 2:19.58.
Gabriel Noguera claimed first place in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 11:12.22. He also finished third in the 100-yard freestyle, recording a time of 51.67.
Vladimir Fedoseev anchored the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team, completing the race in 1:27.96. Additionally, he claimed first place in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 47.39.
George Ferguson was part of the victorious 200-yard medley relay team, finishing in 1:36.84. He also achieved first place in the 500-yard freestyle, posting a time of 5:11.84.
