> Mission Statement

  • We believe, that as strength & conditioning coaches, it is our obligation to help student-athletes develop both physically and mentally. It is vital that we maintain a training environment (culture) that requires each student-athlete to display passion, respect, integrity, determination and effort in all things, in order to attain positive adaptations. If we can improve our student-athletes' physical capacities and their confidence and ability to succeed during strenuous circumstances we will help enable them to succeed in athletics, academics and life.

  • We will empower our student-athletes with the knowledge and tools to properly prepare, train, compete and recover. 

  • We will continuously develop a culture that requires each athlete to display effort, intent and commitment in all things they do. 

  • We will ensure that our student-athletes understand that working hard towards a goal can be equally as rewarding as the achievement of that goal.
