FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- The Fairmont State University wrestling team hosted its annual open tournament. The Falcons had several podium placers on the afternoon.

Lucas Talley (133), Colton Stoneking (141), and Josh Woyan (174) finished second in their respective weight classes. Talley went 3-1 while Stoneking  and Woyan posted records of 2-1.

Cooper Durst brought home third at 184 as he went 3-1, capping off with a 9-5 decision in the third-place bout. Tyler Wise also finished third by going 2-1 in the 285-pound weight class.

Other notable placers were Jorden Williams at 125 (fourth), Trace Ragland at 133 (sixth), Nate Stephenson at 165 (fourth) and Justin Bishop at 285 (fifth).

Fairmont State remains home for the Fairmont State Duals on Sunday, January 11. The Falcons welcome the University Pittsburgh - Johnstown, Salme University, Felician University and UNC Pembroke to Joe Retton Arena. Start time is slated for 10:00 a.m.
