FAIRMONT, W.Va. –   Along side a new coach, assistant coach Corinne Grabow is welcomed onto Fairmont State University Women's Soccer team. With a promising season, Alex Zaroyan is excited to add the new addition to the Falcons.

The proud Morgantown native is excited to coach the next generation of local athletes. Corinne was a collegiate goalkeeper at Bethany College and has a passion for developing confident, technically sound players. She was a volunteer goalkeeper coach at the school and even helped North Marion High school by leading goalkeeping sessions with the boys' soccer team. As an experienced athlete, she is dedicated to fostering a positive, encouraging environment where players can reach their full potential.

Alex Zaroyan speaks about his new addition to the team. He says, "I am excited to welcome Corinne to the Fairmont State soccer family! Corinne brings tremendous energy, drive, and a genuine passion for developing our athletes in all aspects. Her strong collegiate playing background gives her a clear understanding of what it takes to succeed at this level, while her connections across the WV Soccer landscape will be a huge asset to our program and recruiting efforts. She is a perfect fit for where we are heading this fall and beyond!"

The Women's Soccer team has a very exciting season ahead of them. Coming off an MEC Championship, the team will open the 2026 campaign on Thursday, August 27 against Slippery Rock University at Duvall-Rosier Field.
