Before Fairmont State
- Earned first team All-Little Kanawha Conference and all-region honors in her one season as a member of the cross country team at Braxton High
- Had a team-best time of 20:43.6 at the state meet to place 11th
- Was also a member of the volleyball, basketball and softball teams
- Earned first team all conference and all-state honorable mention in softball
- Garnered All-LKC honors twice in basketball and earned all-state honorable mention
