Jenna Livers

Jenna Livers was hired as the Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs and Resource Development in August 2025.

Prior to Fairmont State, Livers served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at the University of Arizona, bringing a diverse background in ticketing, promotions, and event management at the collegiate and professional levels.

At Arizona, Livers oversaw comprehensive ticket operations for multiple sports, including postseason events such as Gymnastics Sweet 16, Baseball Regionals, Super Regionals, and the College World Series. She plays a pivotal role in digital ticketing, renewals, invoicing, and seat relocations while collaborating closely with development, sales, and marketing to implement strategic ticket sales plans that elevate revenue and fan engagement. She also supervises and trains student staff, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service on game days.

Prior to Arizona, Livers built her foundation at West Virginia University, where she worked in the Mountaineer Ticket Office as both a Graduate Assistant and Student Assistant. Her efforts included conducting a comprehensive season ticket audit that identified areas of revenue loss, transitioning fans to mobile ticketing, and managing student ticketing gates that served more than 12,000 fans per game.

Beyond ticketing, Livers gained valuable experience with the West Virginia Black Bears in the MLB Draft League, serving as Game Day Promotions Manager and coordinating marketing interns and in-game promotions. She also worked with Country Roads Trust, supporting NIL initiatives through donor and athlete events.

Her event operations background includes work with the Duke's Mayo Bowl, multiple NCAA Baseball Regionals and Super Regionals, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as an instant replay operator and scoreboard operator for Tar Heel baseball.

A native of North Carolina, Livers earned both her Bachelor of Science (2023) and Master of Science (2024) degrees in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
