A native of Oakland, Maryland, Watson earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Frostburg State University in 2021. At FSU, she worked with football and women’s basketball, where she assisted with emergency care, injury management, COVID-19 testing, and mental health referrals. She also gained international experience through the Atlantis Fellowship in Barcelona, Spain, where she observed and supported medical professionals while learning cross-cultural approaches to healthcare.
Watson holds CPR/AED certification through the Red Cross and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).
