FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- Notre Dame College used four second-half goals to top Fairmont State, 4-1, on Wednesday afternoon at Duvall-Rosier Field in Mountain East Conference women's soccer action.

During the 14
th minute of the game,
Erica Uselton scored on a breakaway goal that was set up by
Courtney Webb to give the Falcons a 1-0 first half lead, which they would take into halftime. FSU maintained the lead until the 50
th minute when Notre Dame's Jackie Corrigan scored on a cross into the left corner of the goal.

Later in the half, Notre Dame's Alexis Manoa scored what would become the game-winning goal in the 66
th minute on a drive in front of the goal, beating the goaltender into the left corner of the net.

NDC also added an own goal off of a Fairmont State defender in the 73rd minute and Noelle Jester scored in the 81
st minute to wrap up the scoring in the game.

Notre Dame outshot the Fairmont, 29-5, including a 17-3 advantage in shots on goal. FSU goaltender
Shawna Graham recorded 13 saves in the game.

Fairmont State (2-7-1, 0-7-1 MEC) will return to action next Tuesday when they travel to Charleston for a 5 p.m. kickoff.
