INDOOR EVENTS SPECTATOR POLICY: Effective January 22, Fairmont State University has approved another update to the spectator policy and phased-in approach to athletic events. Enrolled Fairmont State students, immediate family members of the participants, as-well-as season ticket holders, may attend home events and must follow guidelines in place by the CDC and Marion County Health Department.
-
All spectators in attendance at any home indoor athletic event this year are required to wear a well-fitting mask at all times, regardless of vaccination status. We would prefer if everyone wears an N95 or KN95 mask. All spectators are asked to supply their own masks and facial coverings when attending these events.
-
All spectators should try and remain socially distant from other fans (a family unit may sit or stand together).
-
Spectators will only be able to sit in the seats that are available. Usual reserved seats may not be available.
-
Spectators are strongly encouraged not to interact with players, coaches, or staff members in close contact before, during, or after the contest.
-
At this time, the hospitality room inside the Feaster Center will not be operating
-
Animals other than documented service animals are not permitted.
-
Noncompliance with all COVID19 safety measures may be grounds for removal from the venue.
-
Spectators should not arrive to venues until 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
