YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Fairmont State's track and field team competed at the 2026 YSU Last Chance Invitational with
Donovan Tanouye achieving a notable 11th place in the men's 800-meter run and 12th place in the men's mile run.
Sprints
Harrison Linkous placed 55th in the Men's 200 Meter Dash with a time of 23.47 and 37th in the Men's 400 Meter Dash with a time of 51.82.
Matthew Morrow finished 53rd in the Men's 400 Meter Dash with a time of 53.62.
Jonathan Simms secured 79th place in the Women's 200 Meter Dash with a time of 26.59.
Middle Distance
Donovan Tanouye claimed 11th place in the Men's 800 Meter Run with a time of 1:56.37.
Distance
Donovan Tanouye also placed 12th in the Men's 1 Mile Run with a time of 4:21.12.
Christian Simon finished 41st in the Men's 5000 Meter Run with a time of 17:27.98.
