BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Fairmont State's women swimming stood second with 78 points at the 2026 MEC Relays Meet. The women posted first-place finishes in the 500-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard freestyle relay and 400-yard freestyle relay, including a 3:42.07 from
Viktoriia Dranytska,
Maitlyn Miller,
Rachel Shryock and
Delaney Householder in the 400 freestyle relay.
Miller swam on the Falcons' first-place 500-yard freestyle relay in 4:45.32, 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:39.62 and 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:42.07.
Dranytska swam on the Falcons' first-place 500-yard freestyle relay in 4:45.32, 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:39.62 and 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:42.07.
Householder swam on the Falcons' first-place 500-yard freestyle relay in 4:45.32, 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:39.62 and 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:42.07.

Fairmont State returns to the pool on Saturday, October 3 for its annual Varsity/Alumni Meet on Homecoming Weekend. The Falcons then will return to the The Bridge Sports Complex on Sunday, October 4 for the WV Small College State Games.
