Noah Canterbury enters his second season on the coaching staff at Fairmont State after joining the staff in Fall of 2025. Canterbury was a four-year member of the team.
After transferring from Old Dominion University, Canterbury began playing for the Falcons in 2022. Over his four years, he played in 175 games with 169 starts. At the plate, he averaged .311 with 175 hits, 112 RBI, 83 runs, 27 doubles and 11 home runs while drawing 70 walks. In the field, he finished his career with a .981 fielding percentage.
During this time with Fairmont State, he was a three-time Academic All-MEC honoree, two-time D2 ADA Academic Achievement Award recipient and was also named to the MEC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Graduated with a degree in National Security and Intelligence, he is a native of Staunton, Virginia. His brother currently plays on the team, Micah Canterbury.
