As A Sophomore (2011): Started 11 games ... also made three appearances as a pitcher including one start ... had two hits and scored two runs ... as a pitcher, tossed 7.1 innings and did not have any decisions ... had hits against Mars Hill (2/13) and Concord (3/13) ... started and pitched 5.1 innings against Davis & Elkins (3/17) ... allowed six runs (four earned) and struck out three.
As A Freshman (2010): Played in 31 games making 26 starts on the left side of the infield also made eight apperances on the mound including one start ...batted .313 with six doubles and 14 RBI ... on the bump he was 0-1 with an ERA of 7.08 in 20.1 innings pitched ... notched 15 strikeouts and 16 walks on the year ... recorded a double and three RBI as part of a 3-for-3 day at the dish at Concord (4/15) ... doubled and drove in a pair at Ohio Valley (5/1).
Before Fairmont State: Two-time all-state honorable mention and two-time all-state special honorable mention at Shady Spring HS ... two-time first team All-Coalifield Conference ... named to all-tournament team in state playoffs in 2006.
