As A Junior (2008): Reliable kicker with a live leg … team’s primary place kicker who also handled kickoffs at times … earned second team All-WVIAC honors … tied for the team lead with 66 points … 12-of-21 on field goal attempts and 30-31 on PATs … averaged 55.7 yards per kickoff … connected on career-high three field goals against Clarion (8/28), including the game-winner as time expired … was named WVIAC Special Teams Player of the Week (8/31) for his efforts against the Golden Eagles … made the longest field goal in school history with a pair of 51-yarders against WV State (9/13) … named WVIAC Special Teams Player of the Week (9/15) for his record-setting effort … 5-for-5 on PATs and a field goal in a win over Shepherd (9/20) … 5-for-5 on PATs and a 27-yard field goal against Seton Hill (11/1) … pair of field goals a three PATs for a season-high nine points in a win over Concord (11/8).

As A Sophomore (2007): Second team All-WVIAC second team place kicker … converted 9-of-14 attempts … made last four kicks of the season … hit a long of 43 yards against Charleston (10/13) … assumed kickoff duty toward the end of the season … kicked off nine times against Seton Hill (11/3)… kicked off four times averaging 63.2 yards in final game of year against Concord (11/10).

Before Fairmont State: Standout kicker at Capital HS … set state record for field goals in a game with five in 2003 … featured in Sports Illustrated “Faces in the Crowd” in Sept. 2003 … two-time first team all-conference and all-county selection … first team all-state as a senior … also a standout soccer player … led the Cougars to the 2003 state championship … first team all-state soccer selection.
