As A Sophomore (2011): Started nine games for FSU … team’s primary left guard … helped pave the way for one of the league’s best running backs … team averaged 4.4 yards per carry.

As A Freshman (2010): Made an immediate impact playing in six games with five starts … started the final five games at left guard … team averaged 4.7 yards per carry in games he started.

Before Fairmont State: Two-time first team all-state selection for coach David Darst at Point Pleasant HS ... two-time winner of the Jim White Outstanding Lineman Award ... twice named first team All-Cardinal Conference ... helped lead the Knights to state playoffs in back-to-back seasons ... also lettered in baseball.

Personal: Clay Matthew Krebs ... son of Lisa and Troy Krebs ... uncle Terry Krebs played for Marshall (1976-77) and cousin Michael Siders played at Wake Forest (1989-92) ...majoring in pre-physical therapy.
