Adam was named the Assistant Director of Athletics for NCAA Compliance and Legal Counsel Liaison in June of 2026. Adam previously served as an assistant coach on the Fairmont State University football staff.
During his time with Fairmont State Football - Adam served as the General Manager and Tight End's Coach from Spring of 2023 until June of 2026. As General Manager, Adam ran and managed all football recruitment operations, gameday operations, travel logistics, summer camps, assisted the head coach with roster management, and aided the coaching staff as needed on special projects. Adam also wrote grants to help acquire needed technology. As Tight End's Coach, Adam coached three (3) All-MEC selections in his two (2) seasons: 2025 - Davin Driskell (1st Team All-MEC Tight End) and Joey Ramsey (Honorable Mention Full-Back), and 2024 - Carter Giacomo (1st Team All-MEC Tight End).
Prior to joining Fairmont State Football in the Spring of 2024, Adam was a litigation attorney in Columbus, Ohio. Adam is a native of Morgantown, W.Va., and is a proud alumnus of Morgantown High School, West Virginia University, and the West Virginia University College of Law.
