Roland Brady starts his first season as the Fairmont State Defensive Line Coach in 2023.
Before arriving in Fairmont, Brady was the Defensive Backs Coach and Video Coordinator at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Brady was the Linebackers & Cornerbacks Coach at Morehead State in 2021 and coached a First-Team All-Pioneer Football League linebacker, Preston Toner, and Vincent Winey, an All-PFL Second-Team linebacker.
Prior to his time at Morehead State, Brady was the Outside Linebackers & Cornerbacks Coach at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky. Brady was on the staff that helped lead the Dukes to their first NAIA National Championship in school history in 2020.
Brady served as a graduate assistant at Bluffton University in Ohio in 2019 and Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. He launched his coaching career as a student assistant coach at Kentucky State in 2018. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kentucky State in 2018. Brady hails from Louisville, Ky.
