As A Freshman (2013): Played in eight games at fullback and on special teams for the Falcons … lead blocker for FSU … also recorded two solo tackles.

Before Fairmont State: Three-year letterwinner for head coach John Bowers as an inside linebacker at Morgantown High School … recorded a state-high 137 tackles as a senior and was named first team all-state and all-conference … also had 747 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball … his team made a state semifinal appearance.
