Biography

As A Junior (2008): Versatile offensive lineman who started all 11 games … All-WVIAC honorable mention selection … started at every position on the offensive line … natural position is guard, but made six starts at center because of other injuries to the line … seven pancake bloks and 14 knockdowns on the year … graded out at 85% for the year … part of an offensive line that allowed just 10 sacks on the entire year … helped FSU rush for over 2,000 yards, including 100-yard performances in nine of 11 games.   

As A Sophomore (2007): Regular starter on the offensive line for the Falcons … consistent player … helped Fairmont State to over 1,800 yards on the ground … provided experience for a young offensive line.

As A Freshman (2006): Played in seven games as a freshman on the offensive line.

Before Fairmont State: Played football at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School … as a senior, was a team captain and was named all-conference and honorable mention all-state.

Personal: Luke Stafford … born Aug. 1, 1988 … son of Mary and Clark Stafford … one of four children … majoring in safety and mechanical engineering.
