As A Sophomore (2008): Mainstay on the offensive line making 11 starts … first team All-WVIAC and second team all-region selection … graded out at 87 percent for the year … credited with 12 pancakes and 13 knockdowns … part of an offensive line that allowed just 10 sacks on the entire year … helped FSU rush for over 2,000 yards, including 100-yard performances in nine of 11 games.
As A Redshirt Freshman (2007): Started all 11 games at left tackle for Fairmont State … all-conference honorable mention for his work on the offensive line … helped pave the way for over 1,800 yards rushing from a young backfield.
