As A Freshman (2012-13): Saw action in 21 games ... averaged 7.6 minutes per game ... finished the year with 28 points (1.3 per game) ... also had 0.9 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game ... four points against IUP (11/10/12) ... four points at California (11/13/12) ... four rebounds in a win over Bluefield State (12/1/12) ... season-high 20 minutes and five rebounds at Charleston (12/15/12) ... two assists against Urbana (1/23/13) and Wheeling Jesuit (2/25/13).

Before Fairmont State: Standout for Oak Glen Golden Bears … scored over 1,000 career points … earned all-state recognition in each of her four seasons … helped lead the team to three state tournament appearances … two-time The Review Player of the Year … named first team all-state after averaging 17.8 points, 6.4 assists, 5.3 steals and four rebounds in her final season … also a first team All-OVAC pick and captain for OVAC 4A team … averaged 12.5 points, 8.3 assists and 5.2 steals during her junior campaign … named second team All-OVAC that season … averaged 11.2 points, 7.5 assists and 4.8 steals as a sophomore … averaged 9.2 points, 6.7 assists and 4.2 steals per game during her freshman campaign … also lettered in volleyball and soccer.

Personal: Payden Eckleberry … birthday is March 28 … daughter of Sue Fisher and Mark Eckleberry (stepmother Gaylene Eckleberry) … cousin Jenna was a standout at Fairmont State and is currently on the coaching staff … majoring in education.
