Abbey Lindblad enters her fourth season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Fairmont State University. Prior to arriving in Fairmont, Lindblad served as a graduate assistant women’s soccer coach at Tiffin University for two seasons.
From Canada, Lindblad graduated with honors in May 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College. As a standout on the West Virginia Wesleyan soccer team, Lindblad started at center midfield for four years and earned first team All-Conference and second team All-Region accolades following her junior and senior seasons. As a senior, Lindblad also earned MEC All-Tournament Team honors and was named to the All-East Scholar Team as a third team selection.
While at Tiffin, Lindblad earned her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management.
