Fairmont State continues their winning streak after a dominant 2-0 win at West Liberty University on Sunday afternoon. This improves their record to 6-2-3 overall. 

The Hilltoppers were held to just 1 shot on goal, while the Falcons managed to take 18 shots, and 4 on frame. 

Halfway through the first half, Mackenzie Gillespie found the back of the net in the 25th minute. The assist was credited to Alejandra Puerto. 

Fairmont State was able to have more success at the start of the second half. In the 46th minute, Puerto found a breakaway where she placed the ball calmly. This would make the score 2-0 which is how the game would end. 

The Falcons will look to continue their success, as they host Wheeling University this Wednesday, October 12th at 7:00 pm.
