FAIRMONT, W.Va. - The Fairmont State University acrobatics and tumbling team wrapped up the regular season against Notre Dame College. The Falcons posted their highest point total on senior day, 270.865-245.510.
Starting things off in the Compulsory Event, Fairmont State led 37.85-35.30. In the Pyramid and Toss heats, the Falcons received a score of 9.90 with a start value of 10.00.
In the Acro Event, FSU once again posted the highest score, 28.70-24.15. The top performance came in heat one, the 5-Element, with a score of 9.75 as
Chloe Smith,
Izaria McWhorter-Martin,
Natalie Moore and
Alexa Wilson represented the team.Â
With the Pyramid Event remaining until halftime, the Falcons claimed the event by 3.50 points (29.30-25.80). In the open heat, the team earned 9.85 points out of 10.00. At the half, Fairmont State led 95.85-85.25.
The Toss Event opened the second half as Fairmont State claimed the event, 28.30-26.35. The group of

Katey Koehl, McWhorter-Martin, Wilson,
Reghan Mollohan and
Olivia Daniels garnered a score of 9.85 in the open heat, missing just .05 points.
FSU continued its run in the Tumbling Event as it earned a 51.775 compared to 48.800 for Notre Dame. Koehl had the strongest score as she earned a 9.825 with a start value of 10.00. The home side closed out the meet by taking the Team Event, 94.94-85.11.
Fairmont State now awaits for the Mountain East Conference Championship on Friday, April 12 through Saturday, April 13.
