In a wild 52-49 win over Wheeling, Marzullo made a statement in his first collegiate start. The Gaithersburg, Maryland native completed 28 of his passes for 435 yards which ranks fourth all-time at Fairmont State for a single game. Marzullo threw for three touchdowns and picked up 48 yards on the ground and scored another three touchdowns.
Fairmont State turns its attention to West Virginia State on Saturday, October 5 on Homecoming Weekend. Kickoff is set for 2:00 p.m.
