BETHLEHEM, Pa. -- The Fairmont State University women's and men's cross country teams competed at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University.
On the women's side,
Megan Mitchell led the way with an 11th-place finish, crossing the line in 23:04.7.
Chelsea Sayman was the next Falcon to finish with a time of 28:36.6.
Stella Episcopo and
Reagan Raffo completed the competing runners with times of 30:36.5 and 36:41.8, respectively.
For the men,
Donovan Tanouye earned fourth-place as he ran the 8K race in 25:46.8.
Bailey DeMoss followed in 27th with a time of 26:53.3.
Christian Simon,
Tyler Martin and
Alexander Wigal rounded out the team scoring with times of 29:36.2, 29:45.1 and 29:55.2, respectively.
Taylor Hohman and
Nolan Lamoreaux also ran the race as the completed the course in 30:14.7 and 31:16.9, respectively.
Fairmont State will use the next couple of weeks to prepare for the Mountain East Conference Championships on Saturday, October 25. The championships will take place at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia.
