FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- The Fairmont State University acrobatics & tumbling team faced Frostburg State University for the final home meet of the regular season. The Falcons bested the Bobcats, 264.130-246.380.
The day got started with the Compulsory Event with Fairmont State posting a 36.550 to Frostburg State's 35.550. In the toss heat, the Falcons scored a 9.750 with a start value of 10.00.
Moving into the Acro Event, the home squad started to widen the margin with a 28.400 while the Bobcats posted a 26.800. The group of

Madeline Walker earned a 9.800 in the 5-Element heat.
The Falcons continued to stretch their lead with a 28.950 in the Pyramid Event while Frostburg was given a 27.350. The open pyramid of

Brenna Blauvelt,
Hope Kiszka,
Brylee Knotts,
Alexis Wilkinson and
Alexa Wilson received a 9.850 by the judges.
At the half, Fairmont State led Frostburg State, 93.900 to 89.700.
Second half action started with the Toss Event as the hosts once again claimed the event, 28.100-26.750. In the open heat, the group of

Katey Koehl,
Izaria McWhorter-Martin,
Alexa Wilson,
Alexis Wilkinson and
Olivia Daniels earned a 9.500.
Next on the schedule was the Tumbling Event as the Falcons posted a 53.250 over the six heats. The final heat of the event is the open heat where
Katey Koehl's pass was judged to be a 9.750.
The final event of the day was the Team Event where Fairmont State sealed the win with a score of 88.880 to 83.230 for Frostburg State.
Fairmont State (7-1, 5-0) will conclude the regular season on Saturday, April 5 at Kutztown University. The meet is set to start at 3:00 p.m.
