Falcons Compete in NCATA Event Finals

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The Fairmont State University acrobatics & tumbling team concluded its trip to the NCATA National Championships with the Event Finals.

In the 6-Element of the Acro Event, Fairmont State posted a score of 9.175 and placed third. 

Azia Shaffer then took the mat for the Aerial Pass as she scored a 9.175. The final competitor for the Falcons was Katey Koehl in the Open Pass. Koehl's tumble was judged to be a 9.800.
