YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Fairmont State secured a second-place finish in the men's 1 mile run and achieved a 14th-place result in the men's 800 meter run during the 2026 YSU National Mid-Major, with
Donovan Tanouye leading the team by posting times of 4:22.75 and 1:56.90, respectively.
Sprints
Matthew Morrow ran the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 25.17. In the 400 Meter Dash,
Harrison Linkous crossed the line with a time of 52.38, followed by Morrow at 54.62, and
Jonathan Simms at 62.52.
Middle Distance
Donovan Tanouye secured 14th place in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 1:56.90.
Alexander Wigal and
Nolan Lamoreaux followed with times of 2:11.61 and 2:12.17, respectively.
