CANTON, Ohio — Fairmont State University concluded the 2026 Great Midwest & Mountain East Conference with a standout performance by
Delaney Householder, who secured first place in the Women's 200-yard Backstroke with a time of 2:01.95. The Falcons' efforts were highlighted by a third-place finish in the Women's 400-yard Freestyle Relay, contributing to a competitive showing at the C.T. Branin Natatorium.
Householder's time of 2:01.95 in the backstroke qualifies for the NCAA B Standard. Householder also contributed to the team's third-place finish in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay.
Mia Abruzzino finished third in the 1650 Yard Freestyle with a time of 17:57.34, adding 27 points to the team's total. Abruzzino was also part of the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team that placed third.
Maitlyn Miller achieved a 10th-place finish in the 100 Yard Freestyle, clocking a time of 53.56 and earning 17 points. Miller also participated in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team that took third place.
Victoria Anderson placed 22nd in the 1650 Yard Freestyle with a time of 20:59.90, contributing 3 points to the team's total. She also competed in the 200 Yard Backstroke, finishing 23rd.
