FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Fairmont State University (9-1) defeated Kutztown University (4-6) with a decisive 7-0 victory on Saturday at the Fairmont State University Tennis Courts. The Falcons dominated the match by sweeping all six singles and three doubles matches.

Kusunoki Haruto and
Noah Liedtke secured a 6-1 win. At No. 2 doubles,
Gabriel Masu and
Keagan Karungagaran completed their match with a 6-2 score. Meanwhile,
Mohamed El Helaly and
Gustavo Masu rounded out the doubles success with a 6-3 result at No. 3 doubles.
In singles play, the Falcons continued their strong performance. Haruto achieved a straight-set victory at No. 1 singles, finishing 6-4, 6-3. At No. 2 singles, Liedtke posted a commanding 6-2, 6-0 win. Masu followed suit at No. 3 singles, securing a 6-4, 6-2 result.
Karungagaran delivered a solid performance at No. 4 singles, closing his match 6-2, 6-1. At No. 5 singles, El Helaly triumphed through a grueling three-set match, ending with scores of 6-0, 1-6, 96-0. Smolder completed the sweep at No. 6 singles with a 6-2, 6-4 win.
