GROVE CITY, Ohio — Fairmont State finished 14th at the ODU NC4K Classic, with
Marra Johnson leading the team by tying for 34th with a 169 (+25) over two rounds at Pinnacle GC.
Senior
Marra Johnson tied for 34th place with a final score of 169 (+25). She opened with an impressive 78 (+6) in the first round before concluding with a 91 (+19) in the second round.
Emerson Simons, a junior, tied for 44th place, carding consistent rounds of 86 (+14) in both rounds for a total score of 172 (+28).
Sophomore
Gianna Koski secured 84th place, showing improvement in the second round with a score of 96 (+24) after an opening round of 102 (+30).
Candela Lopez finished in 82nd place, recording identical rounds of 96 (+24) to complete the event with a total of 192 (+48).
Junior
Isabela Martinez rounded out the team in 90th place, posting rounds of 112 and 114 for a total score of 226.
Fairmont State's final tournament of the season will be the MEC Spring Tournament hosted at Green Hills C.C. in Fairmont, West Virignia. The two day tournament starts on Sunday, April 12.
