FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- The 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators were announced on Tuesday, June 2.  Three members of the Fairmont State University baseball team were recognized for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom.

Micah Canterbury, Cam Cole and Connor Tingler earned the Academic All-District Team for NCAA Division II. This is the second-straight year both Canterbury and Tingler received the honor.

An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearance or pitched 35 innings.
