FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- The Mountain East Conference announced Monday the winners of this week's Volleyball Player of the Week awards. The MEC Player of the Week awards are presented by The Health Plan. 

Fairmont State's Grace Devall was named the MEC Defensive Player of the Week. 

DeVall, a junior from Morgantown, W. Va. recorded 101 digs across five matches. DeVall averaged 7.21 digs per set, while adding 0.93 assists per set. DeVall earned 20 or more digs in each match, totaling 34 digs in the Falcons win over Clarion.
