FAIRMONT, W.Va. -- Courtney Webb's goal seven minutes into the second overtime period lifted Fairmont State to a 3-2 victory on Tuesday afternoon in Mountain East Conference action at Duvall-Rosier Field. The game-winning goal was assisted by Fairmont's
Abigail Johnson and
Sylvannah Winstone as Webb broke free about 15 yards in front of the CU net and hit the back of the net for the win.

The goal, Webb's third of the season, was her second of the game. Her first goal came in the 28
th minute with an assist from Fairmont's
Louise Welch on a corner kick to give the Falcons a 2-0 advantage in the opening half. FSU also scored on an "own goal" just 16 minutes into the game.

After FSU took a 2-0 lead into halftime, Concord posted goals from Pilar Elias and Yasmin Mosby in the second half to force overtime.

Concord took eight more shots in the game, including a 13-10 advantage in shots on goal.
Shawna Graham put together an impressive performance in the FSU net, making 11 saves.

Fairmont State will return to action on Friday afternoon with a trip to Urbana University. Start time is set for 2 p.m.
