WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. -- Kellie Norris scored in the 99
th minute of Sunday's match at West Liberty to lift Fairmont State women's soccer to a 2-1 victory over the Hilltoppers at the West Liberty Soccer Complex.

With Fairmont State trailing 1-0 following a goal by West Liberty's Caitlin de Vries in the 25
th minute, Fairmont's
Lake Porter scored with an assists from
Cameryn Ciresi in the second half to send the game into overtime.

Just under nine minutes into overtime,
Kellie Norris scored with a assist from
Louise Welch and
Hailey McAllister to end the game and send the Falcons home with a 2-1 win, helping FSU improve its record to 4-4-4 overall and 3-4-4 in Mountain East Conference play. The Falcons have now played in eight overtime games this season.

Fairmont State held an 11-10 advantage in shots, including a 6-3 margin in shots on goal. Fairmont's
Shawna Graham made two saves in the win as the FSU defense limited West Liberty's scoring opportunities.

Eight different players took a shot in the game for the Falcons, led by
Gabriella Mascaro with three in the victory. Welch also took a pair of shots in the game, in addition to her assist on Norris's game-winning goal.

Fairmont State will return to action on Thursday afternoon with a 12 p.m. kickoff against Shepherd University at Duvall-Rosier Field.
