TORONTO -- Fairmont State outscored Seneca College 28-10 in the second quarter to take control of its second exhibition game of this week's international trip in Toronto, Canada.
The Falcons fell behind in the opening quarter by a score of 15-9, but a 28-10 scoring advantage in the second quarter allowed the Falcons to take complete control of the game. In fact, FSU held Seneca to just nine total points in the second half of the game – rolling to a 71-34 victory.
FSU was paced by
Kelli Jo Harrison with 12 points and four rebounds in the win.
Josie Daugherty (11),
Brooke Kurucz (10) and
Rachel Laskody (10) also reached double-figures in the win. Laskody also pulled down 11 boards to record a double-double.
FSU outrebounded Seneca by a 49-36 advantage and also forced 31 turnovers defensively.
