Day 1 (Tuesday, Oct. 27): "My Story Matters" – To begin the NCAA Diversity & Inclusion social media campaign, Fairmont State University student-athletes volunteered to film their stories and goals within their community. Day 1 was about exploring student-athlete identities, perspectives and experiences. Watch the video below as our student-athletes tell their stories.
Day 2 (Wednesday, Oct. 28): "I've Got Your Back" – This day featured student-athlete social media takeovers (on Instagram). This initiative gave student-athletes the opportunity to share their voice on department social media platforms. In addition, the student-athletes took over accounts from other teams on campus, giving teams and athletes the opportunity to support one another. The social media takeovers included:

Day 3 (Thursday, Oct. 29): "Together We Rise" – This day showcased personal action steps to inclusive excellence and celebrating collaboration across the campus community. Watch the video below to learn about initiatives that some of our teams have taken part in this semester.
