BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference has announced the winners of this week's MEC Softball Player of the Week. The MEC Player of the Week awards are presented by The Health Plan.

Fairmont State's Emma Paul was named the MEC Softball Co-Player of the Week.

Paul, a sophomore from Kittanning, Pennsylvania, helped the Falcons win five games this week. She had a .357 batting average and a .643 slugging percentage. She tallied five hits with eight RBIs and scored a run.
