Dwayne Johnson helped the Falcons complete the comeback with a tech fall at heavyweight for the 24-23 win.
Trailing 23-18 going to the heavyweight bout, Fairmont State looked to
Dwayne Johnson, who bumped up a weight for the dual. Late in the second period, Johnson via a tech fall (20-3) to even the score at 23. The match decision came down to criteria C as FSU recorded more falls to garner the last point, 24-23.
