Three Members of the Men's Tennis Team Named All-MEC

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The Mountain East Conference on Friday announced its 2025 Men's Tennis award winners and all-conference teams, following a vote of the league's head coaches.

Fairmont State's Gabriel Masu was selected as member of the All-MEC First Team in his first year at Fairmont State. Masu finished the season with a 14-2 record in singles play while also going 12-3 at doubles. 

Kusunoki Haruto garnered All-MEC Second Team honors after joining the team mid-season. Haruto holds records of 9-4 both in singles and doubles action.

Mohamed El Helaly received All-MEC Second Team recoginition for the second-straight year. Mostly a singles player, El Helaly earned a singles mark of 10-3.
