Fairmont State University Athletics

Vickie Bostic was a standout for the women's basketball program and is one of just 15 players to score more than 1,300 points in Fairmont State history. Currently, Bostic ranks 14th in Fairmont State history in scoring (1,321), second in assists (628) and is tied for sixth in steals (223). She also ranks eighth all-time in career free-throw percentage.

Bostic was a first team All-WVIAC selection in 1983. A season later, her 188 assists were the fifth-most in a single season at Fairmont State. Playing alongside fellow Fairmont State hall of famer and All-American, Vickie Huffman, Bostic helped the Falcons to a 78-31 record in her four seasons wearing the maroon and white.
